Service, support and outreach Ministry teams

​Our Ministry Teams are designed to provide opportunities for individuals with a variety spiritual gifts and natural abilities to get more fully engaged in the life of the church. We currently have twelve teams that function together to minister both inside and outside the walls of the church building. Each team has a leader that has felt a call to facilitate their specific area of ministry. Leadership training is provided to all team leaders to further enhance their effectiveness.

• The Building Ministry Team provides for the overall care and maintenance of all campus buildings. Individuals that are handy with tools and have a knack for minor repairs around the house are made for this ministry.

• The Grounds Ministry Team provides for the overall care and maintenance of all campus exterior areas. Individuals that have a green thumb and love to do landscaping are exactly what this ministry needs.

• The Safe Campus Ministry Team provides security for all planned church campus activities. Individuals who are comfortable working behind the scenes to protect others will find a place of service on this team.

• The Hospitality Ministry Team provides opportunities for people to gather for food, fun and fellowship. Individuals that are social butterflies, aspiring chefs, and enjoy making others feel welcome are a perfect fit for this ministry.

• The Outreach Ministry Team provides opportunities for engagement outside of the church and into the community through Christian social action.  Individuals with a heart for service to others would find this team attractive.

• The Pastoral Care Ministry Team provides care and support for individuals and families within the congregation during times of distress, sickness or grief. Individuals who are prone to reaching out a helping hand in a time of need will find their place of service here.

• The Music Ministry Team seeks to provide worship experiences where people connect with God through diverse, dynamic, innovative styles that appeal to all ages and spiritual temperaments. Individuals who love to sing, play an instrument, or have skills with sound and lighting production will find a spot on this team gratifying.

• The Worship Arts Ministry Team seeks to provide worship experiences that engage all of the senses through Sanctuary décor. Individuals who have a flair for staging, lighting, etc. will find a place to use their gifts with this team.

• The Social Ministry Team provides opportunities for reaching outside of the walls of the church and into the community through a number of social media platforms. Individuals who enjoy capturing events in the life of the church through photography or videography and posting current activities on the internet will be great on this team.

• The Children’s Ministry Team (Seeds of Faith) seeks to provide Christian educational, service and fellowship opportunities for children ages 5-12. Individuals who enjoy teaching and crafting with children will enjoy this team.

• The Youth Ministry Team (Foundations of Faith) seeks to provide Christian educational, service and fellowship opportunities for young people ages 13-18. Individuals who enjoy guiding and interacting with young people will find this team to be a blessing.
